Blur's masterpiece.
Obviously the band is known as one of the "Big 4" of Britpop (along with Pulp, Suede, and O*sis), and while this album arguably strays the most away from those sounds, it's somehow all the better for it. Tender is 10/10, would cry again, and even more heartbreaking if you know the context and the person it's about's reaction to it
