I originally never knew that dallon weekes was a part of the brobecks until listening to one of their songs in the wild. After discovering this album and listening to it over and over again I can confidently say that this is my favorite album of all time.
There isn’t a single bad song here and they all paint a perfect picture from the production to the vocals. Visitation of the ghost, I will tonight, bike ride, and le velo pour deux are all perfect songs and endlessly listenable.

I originally was going to start off my review with something like “happy pride month, to celebrate I’m gonna listen to an album by the MOST influential queer artists EVER” or something like that, not expecting to like this album at all. But I actually found myself really enjoying a lot of the songs here so that’s my lesson learned I guess
Movie itself was like a 6.5/10 but man does this soundtrack rule.
It’s always a good month when Alvin Flames drops
While the short film that this accompanied wasn’t quite my thing I could at least appreciate the amazing soundtrack in the background
I listened to this album the way it was truly meant to be listened to: half asleep, ads for Aqua Tots between every song, on the yt upload, one earbud in, and while also hearing Pitbull on the 94.4 radio station. Dale!
I truly think if the poopshitters released their album today it would be appreciated more by the UTDR community.
As an introduction to both Earl (Surf Gang) and Mike, this doesnt show me anything. Every song sounds extremely similar in both their (Surf Gang Bitch) droned vocals and that really annoying producer tag that’s constantly being spammed. The songs have no time to breathe or feel fleshed out in any (Surf Gang) meaningful way because the moment I start getting into one it’s already over. (Surf Gang Baby)
