What an intentional soothing experience this album is. Ever since I first heard Spacemen 3 I have been a big fan of their vibe. This last album of theirs might honestly be their best. If it had a stronger start, it could easily be an AOTY contender. Once it got going it's some of the most satisfying and calming Neo-Psychedelia I have had the pleasure to witness. I am very impressed with what they have achieved in the later parts of this double length experience and it's unfortunate that it's the last that they have to offer. Do yourself a favor and at least listen to these recommendations and just let yourself float amongst the spacemen...
