This is Isaiah at his most basic, but he still delivers with stellar production, angelic sounds, and occasional standouts like M.O.M. and GTLY. Could he make a more hype album? Absolutely. Did he choose not to, instead favoring one consistent sound for this project? Yeah.
Bully is a far cry from the quality of Kanye’s older material.
