Ruby

Exuding high energy and taking heavy influence from 2000's era female Pop and Pop-Rap, Ruby is a highly stylized listening experience that sounds a bit outdated and doesn't commit to the energy it was portraying; deciding to lean heavy into radio friendly pop at the end.
Decent for what it is despite almost being a culprit of cultural appropriation, but that's not for me to decide.

Definitely the most unique solo project to come out of the Blackpink solo albums saga, just not my favorite.
