First listen and holy shi this fire, but I did expect it to be better, especially with the feature list he put out, and especially when I saw Westside Gunn. Putting that aside I was blown away with some of the songs for example STFU, don't be dumb, stole ya flow.

One of my rap albums of the decade, with some of the craziest production.

Cool beat, with a strange flow through out the track, not sure what to think

For a song this fire to be a single got me hype for the next 14 songs (16 if you count the bonus tracks)

Had a high hopes for this album to be one of nas' best, but left quite underwhelmed, especially on the production side from dj premier. Most annoyed that Ny state of mind pt 3 is a shadow of the first two pts. May be underwhelming but it don't matter if you got Nas still spitting fire like he has for the past 3 decades.
