The production leaned way more electronic than expected for much of it and I thought the beats were quite good for the most part. But Peggy’s delivery sounds the most one note and topically bland it ever has on a lot of this project- and not to say that makes it bad by any means, but it does reduce how stand out many of his performances are.
(Edit:) the more I listen the worst the beats are lowkey. there’s an odd amount of character that feels fully absent
It’s like half trashy fun dance music & half Tory Lanez one album that sounds kinda like The Weeknd
