The writing on this is somehow more tragic-sounding than her previous album, preachers daughter, and personally i'll need to listen more just to really familiarize myself with each song. BUT- Nettles is one of the best songs of 2025, alongside Waco Texas, Janie, and fuck me eyes being super super strong.
