There was a lot of hype around this album, I feel a bit let down. I wanted to love it but there were a few too many songs that just didn't click for me. There were a few songs i've had on loop since but they're the only ones I really enjoyed on the entire album.

brat was everywhere and reached new heights with the 'brat summer' trend. It is a fun album filled with electric songs that have to ability to make anyone dance, but I don't see much beyond that. I've tried so hard to completely love it, I want to understand everyone that loves it but I sadly don't get it. There are songs that really stand out while all the others fall flat to me but were later redeemed in the remix album.

Royel Otis have grown on me a lot these past few months. I never expected to like this album as much as I do. I'll foreverrrr be obsessed with Til The Morning and Velvet

Older is a gorgeous album filled with painfully relatable songs. Being scared of growing up is a fear many people have but somehow Lizzy McAlpine explained it all perfectly. It's an album that has been there for me when I really needed it. I know Lizzy has more to say and release, I really can't wait to see what else she comes out with in the future.
