Overall, a great performance by Summrs. This EP shows how talented and versatile Summrs is. Weiland was alright, I really liked how he let Luh Rino shine - albeit maybe not enough. The only thing that could have elevated this EP is a bit more Summrs on the last 3 tracks. W album by sumrs
I do not understand the appeal of this song at all. She starts with a random story that isn't very interesting or funny. Then she goes on to say the most milquetoast, boring bars about money and fame. The third verse is kind of introspective for a few bars but then goes on to talking about nonsensical things. Fantano is out of touch like usual, giving this album a 2/10. However, I wouldn’t expect more from him, he historically hates trap music. All albums loved by critics have something in common: seriousness. There are no bubbly, lighthearted albums that critics will enjoy. Does that mean that music like that is bad? Obviously not, people just hate fun and equate it to pop music.
