Dekos' Achilles heel has always been that his projects can be all over the place at times, but eclipse not only feel more focused but showcases Dekos production at its best.

Deko still struggles with writing lyrics but it at least sounds to me like he's developed his flow a bit more compared to previous projects. The mixing could be better on tracks like "im not sleeping now" but the rage infused drums are insane enough that I'm willing to look past it just a bit. Drums have always been Dekos' bread and butter but on eclipe he's genuinely peaking. Standout tracks such at "RENNSPORT" and "facetime" showcase some outstanding production and feel like a refinement of Dekos' signature style while blending in plenty of trendy flavors.
