and honestly, it was completely worth the wait
it kind of feels like since their last album the world has gotten darker and now they're leaning into it themselves with this album

i really like the production on this album, but only when it isn't obnoxious and overstimulating, and that's just most of this album
it's just vape shop music
and the lyrics and flows are just copypasted all over the album
despite of having some highlights, this album is still a pretty head-scratching experience for me, and peggy's first miss maybe ever

i don't even remember how i found this album but ever since i did it just refuses to leave my rotation.
it's amazing to me how wildly it swings between extremes and somehow never feels like a mess. you've got So Many People in the Neighborhood doing whatever the fuck it's doing coming just a few tracks after Transdermal Celebration, which just might be one of the most fun, beautiful and catchy songs i've ever heard. same album. how.
