It took me much longer to fully get into this album despite being a fan of lahai from the very beginning. My life right now is going through some changes into adulthood that are making me appreciate the more lowkey cuts of the record so much more than I did prior
Don't let AOTY tell you that cause the scores of songs like "Take Me Inside" and "What Shouldn't I Be?" are low that they're bad. Sometimes lowkey songs need to exist, and they can be as impactful as songs that have a lot of elements going on. To me that's the great thing about music. The latter song made me cry today.
