while wetdream's imperfections come from anger and frustration. Hell for a basement's imperfections come from honesty
even though I do feel like some tracks could've been cut to make the album a bit more digestable, it's still a beautiful, very calming piece of art
entire album feels like an acid trip and I would not have it any other way
there's nothing better than rock music that sounds like sandpaper
There is an unparalleled amount of beauty found in simplicity
picked this up at a flea market for 50kč and that might've been the best business deal I've ever made
what a beautiful, layered, and profound piece of art. This one might have to sit with me for a while before I fully grasp it. But already on first listen I am getting pretty emotional
THIS MUSIC DID CONTAIN HOPE. It's been a while since I've been this excited AFTER finishing a project. Feels almost like a hollywood musical from the 40's in some aspects. Which I, as a film student, absolutely adore. And the hope posting is just the cherry on top here. Album of the year contender in my opinion and you will NOT convince me otherwise
Maybe it will grow on me. And while it is really good, it is unfortunately one of those albums I think might be a tad bit overrated
turns out that JVB are really good at deluxes. really solid few songs if we ignore that borderline unholy last track
