Foals - Total Life Forever
77

Starting 2025 with Foals! Great album that has just little parts that remind me of Antidotes (as in Blue Blood). Its like they changed a lot in few years. Anyway a good and well crafted album.

Wunderhorse - Midas
78

Beautiful and fresh album from a very exciting band.

Boston Manor - Sundiver
84

Impressive album. Flows pretty good and the hits are insanely good.

Sam Fender - Wild Long Lie
80

I fucking love you, Sam!!!

Architects - Whiplash
65

Nothing to be hyped about. More of the same, but not that bad as you guys are saying.

Sam Fender - People Watching
82

Very similar to Seventeen Going Under tracks. Anyway, great lyrics!

Joyce Manor - Never Hungover Again
90

Straight to the point, great album.

cleopatrick - HAMMER
85

Yeah, clearly a continuation of "DOOM". Amazing track!

Sabrina Carpenter - Short n' Sweet
60

Pretty generic, nothing very especial but also nothing terrible. Espresso is good.

Fontaines D.C. - Romance
79

Great album overall. The great songs are extremely good ones, the rest is kinda basic, but it works.

Dead Poet Society - FISSION
79

Preeeeetty good album. The riffs are great and the vocals are on point.

Highly Suspect - As Above, So Below
70

After two pretty disappointing albums, Highly Suspect is back with a decent effort. As Above, So below doesn't have big hits, but it delivers a consistent rock sound. Definitely a big step on the right direction, must say they're back on track!

The Maccabees - Colour It In
84

So much love for this album. Catchy, funny and very honest.

Jimmy Eat World - Futures
94

Futures is so so good. This album has some of my favourites songs ever. Again, another Jimmy Eat World album that was part of my youth.

Jimmy Eat World - Bleed American
90

Fuck Pitchfork. Bleed American is one of the most important albums in the emo genre. Sure, it's pretty basic at times, but they delivered some great songs. Nostalgia hits me hard, Bleed American was the soundtrack of my youth and one of my favorite albums of all time.

Glassjaw - Worship and Tribute
87

Worship and Tribute it's either a hit or a miss. For me it's the greatest Post-Hardcore album I've ever listened.

Mineral - The Power of Failing
85

The great @accountoftheyea recommended this album. Well, I'm familiar with Mineral, especially their song, Gloria, which I really like. That being said, I've never listened to The Power of Failure in full. As someone who is a huge fan of SDRE Diary and Jimmy Eat World Static Prevails and Clarity, I have to say that this album follows the same style, so you can tell I loved it. Yes, sometimes a little repetitive, but it has all the elements that made Emo that great genre that we all ... read more

Modest Mouse - Interstate 8
84

Early Modest Mouse is just too good

Modest Mouse - Building Nothing Out of Something
95

A collection of b-sides and rarities that comes out to be better than most albums of the genre. I mean, how could this be just a bunch of b-sides? It flows so well, nearly one hour of pure sad music. Truly amazing.

Joey Valence & Brae - NO HANDS
86

Got lesser hits and great moments than its predecessor, but it's still a decent album, although it's a little bit repetitive. Also flows better than their last album, so props to JVB. And well, pretty fun lyrics.
