Along with Sufjan Stevens' All Delighted People this EP joins the 'way-too-fucking-long to actually be an EP' hall of fame, but hey the songs here are great. The second live half of the record is a super cool glimpse into MM being even more stripped back, but the first half has some truly great cuts like the titular track and Edit the Sad Parts

my fav song is again unidentifiable
this is another album which feels like it always has something to say to me that just helps. interstate 8 feels like a dream, all night diner is a pumpy kind of middle, and sleepwalking is about everybody ive ever loved. tundra/desert is childhood and edit the sad parts is just.... dude i dont know. it's like lonesome crowded west, it finds the angry part of me and lets it be angry. the live parts are crazy too. it's a few songs from Building ... read more
