On her 5th album, Sabrina still struggles to show uniqueness or originality. A lot of the songs on this album sound like outtakes from other popular pop albums and could pass as songs by other pop artists such as Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa, or Taylor Swift. Production wise, the portion of originality on this album is very measly. But she does serve beautiful vocals and amazing songwriting on this album that showcases her maturity and vulnerability, which is where the album really shines.
Beautiful, authentic , gorgeous, pure, raw, brutally honest, emotional... It's refreshing and inspiring how honest Gracie is in her songwriting. She really has a way with words and her signature breathy, thin, but emotionally powerful vocals say them beautifully. Sonically it's minimalistic but has so much depth at the same time. A staple in emo rock. Beautifully done. Great production, great lyrics, great vocals. While almost every song seems to have the same theme and overall has the same ideas, that doesn't really matter because the production is so good that it makes up for it, and Amy Lee tastefully delivers everything full of emotion and genuinity.
