The OOZ was the first album i heard from Archy/King Krule and to be fair, this was a lovely introduction to his music.

This album focuses on a much darker lo-fi tone than his others albums do, bit slower, bit more poetic and a bit strange, what i mean by that is that this project tends to put in a little random sounds on the songs like a dramatic and silly at the same time piano. I love how this started, with these rage oriented songs but then... the mid section of this album is just filled with fillers and so much skips for example, Endless Fashion with Nicki, Mama I'm Sorry, All Alone and then it gets bit better with Nakamura Just Wanna Rock and Fire Alarm but then we have CS which just ruins the perfect run once AGAIN.

Conan Gray is trying to bring the 70s/80s/90s back, and he does it in the most unoriginal, outdated way possible.

He's using this pop rock/glam rock sound and it just feels really bland and doesn't give us nothing new. And i get it this is supposed to make you go back... but come on man music from the 80s wasn't actually uninspired bullshit with just the same synths over and over.

Saba drops some really thoughtful bars, about what he did or might have done and he regrets it, on Lo-Fi production which is great but i don't think it's crazy to go over.

Dom Corleo isn't doing so bad on his first album, but i think he's doing really bad on some songs. For example you have some really distasteful songs with just really bad flows like Chester Perry or Bottle Girl.

And listen i think there are a lot of bangers but sometimes he barely delivers much energy on really good beats. Sometimes the beats are also running away from him and the flows just don't fit overall. I just think this is okay and Dom Corleo could crack out more ... read more

Probably one of the best ambience experiences i have EVER had. Mixed with a bit of shoegaze, i think this is REALLY good and the title fits the name just right.
