Retains that heavy GNR sound from Appetite, but adds an odd country twang that I really dislike.
Personally, I can't stand November Rain, I just hate every second of it.
This album is iconic for a reason, filled with explosive tracks from start to finish, there isn't a single skip on the whole record
Extremely Underrated album, very different from their previous albums but still has that signature sound
Quite possibly the most overrated album of all time
Every track made me bob my head at least a little, feels timeless yet reminds me of the past at the same time
A little weaker than surf goth, but hey, these are B-Sides for a reason
Amazing record that perfectly portrays the moodiness of post-punk with surf-y riffs
Is it a flawed album? Yes, Is it an objectivley good album? No, Do I still love it? Yes, It's a weird almost whiney grunge sound that just sounds so good to me
Great record but just sounds the exact same as the previous two albums, starting to feel a little boring
Absolute mess of an album, you can tell most of the band were replaced, it’s no wonder they disbanded a month after this came out, absolutely no redeeming qualities and a terrible finish to an amazing band
Full of amazing basslines but London Calling and Guns Of Brixton, despite being pretty simple, are the two greatest basslines of all time
