Out side is one of the best songs ever made that goes through what feels like an entire albums journey, and then you realize that there is a whole bonus album with the song!

Right from the get go we get this insane horns blaring at us with a banging beat. I think this really sets the tone for the rest of the album as we no kno we are in for a BANGER. But fr this thing only has one song i would consider mid, Liquid, and even that song the ending hits. With kevin saying imagine playing rock paper scissors with imaginary friends. hits close to home, these guys were my "best friends" at a really low point in my life.

Honestly this album is just front to back bops. The production is just stellar and i love almost every beat on this thing. It has some of the most catchy songs in their discography, like Sugar and Boy Bye. As well as some of the most moving songs like Dearly Departed and Victor Roberts.

Im sure that for most people this album must make them feel like total shit and want to cry but for me its such a cathartic experience. I just feel like i can relate to every song on this thing and that its such a great way for me to express what im feeling. Like someone putting my feelings into words that i could never come up with. Just fucking solid. I honestly thought this was more of a 80 when it first came out but i got to go to a meet and great with denzel a couple weeks ago and it had a really big impact on how i thought about the album. I feel like denzel does such a good job of walking a fine line between being corny and hard asf. I'm really torn on this album. My expectations going into this were incredibly high, unreasonable probably, and I'm just super conflicted on it. For the most part the production on this thing is fucking stellar excluding a few tracks that sound like bad versions of loyalty and love off of damn, ex purple hearts. Idk this thing is just so boring. Ive never really been a big fan of Taylor Swift but ive never hated her or anything. I actually only listened to this cause this girl im talking to LOVES her and i mean LOVES. So i figured why not ill give it a shot. Honestly this album is such a melancholy and soothing album for me. Going through a bit of a hard time at the moment and this thing just perfectly encapsulates how I feel. Its also crazy that it does this with out a lot of lyrics and just letting the music its self tell a story. Really feels like I'm just floating along on a river of emotions. Certainly and experience you don't want to miss. So lets just pretend everything and anything between you and me was never meant.
