The first half of the album is very average, even getting worse with each song. The second half however, is the 23 minute long masterpiece that is echoes. If I were to rate the whole album It would be this score, but echoes is absolutely top 5 best Pink Floyd songs of all time.
One of the most inconsistent albums I've ever heard. Dre's best songs are all on this album, most of them are absolutely timeless classics. The second half of the album though... it's filled with painfully mediocre songs. If you trim all the bad songs out, this album could very easily be a 9/10

Crazy difference in quality between this album and three cheers/black parade. Quite a bit of songs on here are alright at best, and Gerard's vocals are pretty mediocre. Demolition lovers is an absolutely amazing song though.
This album absolutely blew my expectations like no other album. I was not expecting it to be THAT good.
Classic record with amazing highs, it really contains some masterpiece. The record is however very, very bloated with filler tracks. All these useless tracks and interludes bring this record down for me.
Very solid debut album by heartworms. The gothic rock album with electronic influences, doesn't give necesserily new ideas, but they are at times well executed. The album has a great atmosfere the whole way through. I especially loved the tracks with a giant climax at the end, like "just to ask a dance" and "smugglers adventure".
