To preface, I don't think this is a perfect album – but as I write this, it has a 46 user rating, which is absolutely absurd. I wasn't going to leave a review. There are some nice details and sounds scattered across this album, but I think that if you're going to create something with such striking parallels/ influences to sleep token and silent planet, maybe work on some more distinct lyrics and narratives/ images in the writing, develop better vocals, even better percussion, and production that is better again...
They’re not perfect, but I never skip a song. I’m really excited to see what Gore do next!
