I’ve always wanted to listen to more Thundercat with all the amazing jobs he’s done being a feature, but never got around to a full album listen. So when the singles came around for Distracted, I was very excited to have an album to anticipate.
The singles are still incredible, but not the only highlights of the album. It’s thoroughly funky, groovy, and fresh, with his humour sprinkled on top. I have very little complaints here, just all around incredible.
