This production is just unmatched. I’ve never seen anything like this song before, and it makes me upset it isn’t on Spotify.

The first 5 ish minutes is great on its own, but then the next 5 is Andre having a mental breakdown as some intense (but not grating) instrumental kicks off and matches the tone just right. The vocals were also apparently all done in one take, which is needlessly impressive, considering how progressive and real they sound. Then after the mental breakdown middle section, it’s a calmer but also slightly daunting last few minutes with some very nice production and backing vocals.

I don’t think I need to speak for how good the lyrics are, from the incredibly simple ‘I’m the shit!’ To its more complex and introspective lyrics.

This song almost feels like a whole album, and it was made for a shoe sponsor 💀
