After years of expectation for a OEC comeback, and getting it under some unfortunate cincurtances for the whole loona project, this feels like a project that got stuck in time. Aside from the intro and Lucid, this album doesn't really show a grown in the girls or in the unit in general and doesn't hold power with it's iconic predecessor in any way.
