Decent album but overall kind of mid. Best song "Hot" (85), worst song "Pussy" (50)
One of the best abstract albums across rap. Although some of these ratings are plainly too much for this. Many songs are extremely enjoyable but 96 for "Meat Grinder" seems so wrong. The College Dropout should be rated quite a bit higher than this. Worst song "The Illest Villian" (70), Best songs "Eye" and "All Caps" (99)
Personally an album that never disappoints. With one of the best songs of all time in my opinion (Diamonds in Sierra Leone) I believe that it is a key part of the College Trilogy. Worst song "Gone" (84), Best song "Heard 'Em Say", "We Major" and "Diamonds in Sierra Leone" (All 100)
Another mediocre album, with a quite a few good songs though. There are some that are just so horrible they make the average look bad. Rusty could not have been a worse intro if he tried. Although, WNBA, Slap The City and Classic were surprisingly good songs that I recommend listening to. Once again who keeps on inviting Sexyy Red into these albums she needs to go back to Onlyfans at least 2 people enjoyed her there.
The hate for this album is too much. Doesn't mean it is good though. Pretty mediocre, so much that the interlude actually sounds better than most of the album. Road Trips best song, Cheetah Print worst by far (Sexyy Red should be banned from creating the noise that she does)
It feels like the majority of these songs are fillers, where he just speaks on and on, barely singing, barely rapping. Features are mediocre at best but quite a few songs are worth the listen. Quite a few of the songs are only specifically bad because he drones on for 5 minutes straight. Underwhelming for an album with so much anticipation.
Great sampling, good artist but J.Cole does add an extra 10 points onto the total score.
Kendrick and Dr. Dre have made a bonus track that is highly praised by many and understandably so. But still overglazed because it is Kendrick Lamar. If someone else made the exact same song, I believe it would get an 80/100.
A perfect Hip-Hop song with a perfect production and perfect rap performance. Multiple parts of this song join together to create a melodic masterpiece. Lyrical genius as well, using lyrics like 'I make the Devil hit his knees and say the "Our Father"'.
Very well done song with the fictional character voiceovers being extremely well done, being able to understand who each one is. Beat is trap like and deserves a high rating, but not to the point of true artists.
Very well done song, with flow that is unmatched to artists of any of the 2000s era. The only reason this is not 100 is because there are still songs from this era that very slightly get past this.
Minimal particularly great songs, majority were repetitive with mediocre songs, still good enough though
