A risky attempt at changing their style and to be taken more seriously, but still, eh, just decent, it feels incomplete, and OBVIOUSLY tries too hard to be Rage Against the Machine.

Fucked up but otherwise good noise album. Makes me very uncomfortable, so it serves its purpose.
Actually pretty good if you ignore the vocals.
Definitely their best album since a long ago. Which isn’t saying much, but at least it’s an improvement.

Another incredible project by Xiu Xiu! A total change in direction from stuff like Girl with Basket of Fruit, it’s a lot more punchy and fun. Didn’t expect that at all, but I love it. Possibly another of my favorite albums by them.

About the second half, it’s slightly lesser, but still very good. No skips, no bad tracks.
Favorite tracks: SKINNY, THE GREATEST.
Lovely album, haven’t heard much of this band but this is amazing. Even though I didn’t have big expectations of this, I was pleasantly surprised.
