Country music has always held a special place in my heart. Well, pre 1990 country music and alt-country (I could not care less about the radio “country” crap that’s popular these days). My family goes on a lot of road trips, and good country music was playing in the car a lot of the time. So, I associate old-school country with some of the fondest memories of my childhood.
