I like this album and I think it indicates towards more, better work from Ye in the future, although it does feel somewhat underbaked in places.
First of all, the new tracks are all pretty good, but that might just be the novelty. It's been so long thinking that the album would consist of tracks that I've already heard that now there are actually new tracks, it feels almost surreal, like a dream someone would have about something releasing that's nothing like what the final ... read more
A Great Chaos was the first album that I listened to in this kind of genre. I knew about it before I listened to it but decided to finally listen after hearing the intro to Me N My Kup. I was intrigued, so I listened.
I like the sound of this album, largely because I really like loud music in general. The whole concept of the album being cluttered and chaotic works really well and it captures emotions that are very hard to do well.

When I first listened to this comp, I hadn't really grasped the nature of yedits as a whole; all I wanted at that stage was to hear leaks of unreleased songs and earlier versions of the tracks I already knew and loved, and although I now understand that this comp is not that, I didn't quite grasp that at the time. Nevertheless, finding out about the existence of this was incredibly exciting, as Yeezus was my favourite album at the time and the fact that it was possible to get even a ... read more
