BUSHWA is a lot of things, by definition nonsensical, but if anything, it's rambunctious. A sweet serenading sound that pulls you into the album with the first two tracks before hitting you heavily from then on out, ultimately culminating to a conglomerate of the two main elements it presents. For what's taken at face value as a "CHERRY BOMB inspired project" as many paint it to be holds much more beauty underlying the blaring bass throughout songs like NOTTING HILL. Rimera ... read more
The Estate Sale adds a great amount of phenomenal tracks to the already surprising album of CMIYGL. It continues to show the beams Tyler is radiating, even showing some similarities to his later released album Chromakopia, with tracks like “WHARF TALK” sounding similar to “Darling, I”. I personally found very little nitpicks with this expansion, and it even adds the critically acclaimed track “SORRY NOT SORRY” which is nothing short of amazing.

The track list is one of the most diverse I’ve seen, especially with some of my personal favorites like “Kim”. Not to mention the impact this album had is one of the biggest, which is much ... read more
Solace will always stand out to be one of the most harrowing and disturbing music projects of all time. Earl discusses his issues at the time with a lack of eating, depression, suicidal thoughts, insomnia, and the loss of his grandmother. When listening to this project, you are seriously put into the perspective of Earl. To say the production on this EP is unique would be an understatement. In just 10 minutes, the feeling of utter despondency is invoked in the listener, and it never seems to ... read more
