really really great release. the mix is a little to sibilant and highpassed for my taste but the songs are just fucking rad and heavy and emotional and creative. the live versions on NTS are arguably better mixed and turned me into a full fan. definitely go check that out for the 80-90/100 experience.
finally some pop music that makes me want to do coke and fuck shit up. have a strong feeling this will be playing at a shitton of pregames and parties in 2026.
instantly hooked me. the production is mad innovative and jim's lyrics hit hard and heavy. i fw this just as much as 'father' which i think is a lowkey masterpiece.
