revisited this project after two years and it's still a banger π₯π€
this was one of the highlights of 2024 and a solid project for metro, his best besides h&v in my opinion
exceptional production, metro made it BOOM fr π© future is amazing on every song as always, and great feature picks (the weeknd and travis)
also seen it all doesn't deserve all the hate it's actually fire
best π: we don't trust you, young metro, ain’t no love, cinderella

alone together.
this will forever be my favorite weeknd album. from start to finish, it weaves together one complicated story of love, toxicity, and regret, which makes it so painfully, humanly relatable.
you already know what's playing first on the night drives π
favs: too late, until i bleed out, after hours, final lullaby, blinding lights (criminally underrated btw)
worst: no misses, even on the deluxe
MAKE IT BOOM!
i love how two very different sounds, orchestra and rap, came together to blend beautifully, this was an experience fr
i’m sad to report that this has unfortunately grown on me. I don’t know why every time i think Drake misses on a project it turns out to lowkey be a banger. He has some infectious songs I see getting major streams, and imo Iceman better than some of his recent projects, like FATD and Some Sleepy Songs 4 U (the bar has been pretty low lately). same thing can’t be said for the other two albums tho
edit: OK WAIT WHY IS THIS ACTUALLY SLAPPING βπ

first listen i was cackling my way through this atrocity until i was left gasping for air when sexyy red came on
second listen though, i realized this album was molded to fit into the club setting, and we just gotta accept that it ain't for some people (including me) π€·π½βοΈ
