This is an absolute banger and there are many great songs. However it feels like there are too many fillers that doesn't really have any special takeaways and are just there. This album is great as a story and as a whole but it gets boring after awhile.
not my cup of tea. just sounds like an earsore and i doubt its gonna grow on me anytime soon.
I don't read too much into lyrics nor themes so I don't really care about its deeper meanings. This album has banger beats and eventually all its songs grew on me. It has popular music for the industry and music for his diehard fans which is why this album is such an easy album to listen to. There are absolutely no skips which is why I enjoy this album.
I think this is a great album. I haven't finished Kanye's entire discography and already forgot most of the albums but this one always still stood out to me. This is such a great uplifting positive album and I like how wholesome it is. I can listen to this anywhere anytime and it will be a banger. For this reason, its replayability is insane and it is always an easy pick to listen to. This album has so many hits as well so that boost it up a couple notches.
This is an awsum album because of its amazing themes of love and seperation. Tyty basically tells a whole story though beautiful melodies. Each track is an amazing song with almost no skips throughout the album. This album has insane replayability as well. I can listen to GONE GONE/ THANK YOU as an instrumental track and I wont get bored at ALL. each and every sample is used MASTERFULLY. I love this album for what it is thank you tyty.
This album is really beautiful and emotional. All the different instruments come together really well and I am glad to have found this underground masterpiece. I don't know much of the lyrics as they are apparently its in English, Cantonese, Chinese, Japanese and Korean. I have also read other reviews across different Chinese sites to get a larger overall understanding of this album and the tales it tells. Even without understanding its story, I really love the instrumentals in this album. ... read more
this is a fun house ish lofi hip hop album. it is great and lowk kinda chill n i like it.
yall are stupid asf this is a GREAT album. too bad there arent triple entendres in every song which wouldve boosted it from a 69 to a 70. tpab sucks honestly. this is way better sonically. idgaf if it has a deep meaning. if you like deeper meanings, i suggest literature. if it was to pimp a last dance, it would be a 10/10
My current AOTY so far because this is just amazing. Hilarious lyrics that are just so goofy and fun. The boom bap beats to the beautiful synth melodies. It all adds up to form a great album with zero skips at all. Each song is unique but just as good.
A really polished album with great production and good features. Has a great griselda vibe to it and overall I really like it. 80/100
This is absolutely beautiful lmao. This is flower boy but more upbeat and abit of funk and rnb. It is beautiful. All the beats are so well produced and polished, probably his best produced album. Everything about this album is great and I absolutely love it. You can easily vibe to any of the songs here. This could be AOTY.
peak album. so must relistenability. so fun and whimsical. can listen to this forever and way too underrated. its steve lacy and thundercat but more interesting and consistent. ts so peak
Im ngl. This isnt as good as most people say it is. Most beats are lame and repetitive and have almost no special chorus part. Just a lame boring beat throughout. It also feels like they NEED a horrible singing chorus in the middle of some songs to make it feel special but it just feels so out of place and unnessasary. Songs I mean with this chorus thing is "The Birds Dont Sing", "All Things Considered", "So Far Ahead" and "By the Grace of God". It just ... read more
