Solid collab. Not my favorite between these two artists but this one has an old time folk feel.
This might be some of the best work Juniper Vale has done. The vocals are impeccable and the production reminds me a lot of her first album Everything is Color. I love the songwriting as well as it seems like she's mood painting rather than trying to create focused songs about topics. I love it. This is a great album to turn on while making dinner or driving.
Stand out tracks: Glow, She's Watercolors, Winter Sun
One of my all time favorite albums. I love how creative the production is and Sarah's voice is just out of this world. It's crazy that this was her first album. It feels really mature but still has that element of first album passion.
Stand out tracks: Fractions, Bird Song, Everything is Color
I think fans treat this album harshly. Glow in the Dark is like one of the best songs Vian's ever written. This is an underrated album. Not for everyone as it is just piano and vocals but for me it reminds me of Tom Odell or some of those more mellow sing songwriter records. Just my two cents.
