RE-ANIMATOR

For me, this is the least interesting work from Everything Everything, doesn't mean it falls down far away from most of their stuff that much. This is the kind of a band that is continiously trying to push some of their limits and just go ambitious, they're clearly trying a lot. Band already proved that they can write a masterpiece (Get to Heaven), even though they tend to go in circles trying to recreate their succes in a bit diffrent way each time, they are not boring or exhausting. EE just doesn't fall into the cathegory of musicians doing the same exact album over and over again. And of course they manage to pull out at least few impressive songs.
Also this might be the most Radiohead sounding thing that ever popped up in their discography, but I think that both Higgs (vocalist) and the band itself is strong enough on its own to avoid being one of the clones.

All that yapping just to say that I like those guys quite a lot 👅
