I don't know what to say honestly. Its an album pretty much known for being a miracle. Well, not only by its mere existance but the fact how good it is, especially that band was in a state of a hopeless train wrenck. Ultra is of course poisoned with everything that was happening around it.
The most depressive, moody, shady and nasty sounding stuff DP have ever shared with us. Its oddly beautiful but does have quite a darkness to it. I'm actually surprised that Ultra never abandoned the sense of catchiness present in rest of the albums, its toned down sure, but still around.
Its really an experience.
