Exciter

I think it was a pretty natural track for DP to drop the filthy sound for something softer, I mean after what the band went throught it was probably necessary.
And ngl I like their dreamy, slower side. Doesn't mean its a great album, nah, tends to be pretty boring exactly as people are saying so.
Even though the first song is amazing and teases you with some acoustic parts (its a shame that was not a bigger part of the album), Exciter slows down too much. Unnecessary songs, poor writing and unability to replace their usual crisp with something equal. They get it right across just a few of songs. I think some are straight up overlooked, but again list is not long, and you could cut out a really solid chunk of the album.
