Makes my soul yearn for the day another Ecco solo project comes out. Lyrical themes come in and out of the album making it feel cohesive, like the racial themes from early tracks like Peroxide span all the way to the closing track Blue Eyes. It's a surprisingly personal album in a way for the Drain Gang crew where I feel this is so personally Ecco's story where as other projects from say Bladee for example, that have similar themes of drug abuse and mental struggles often feel less personal than this and are going for a more broad, all encompassing umbrella. This feels focused and clean and it's very very good.
