Most likely anymore from Rate Your Music, or any other music rating website had this album on #1 & this is most likely the album that got everyone listening to Radiohead.
Now regarding if this is even a 10 nor less a 100, I'm not even sure anymore, it's kind-a overrated now in my eyes, sure it's amazing, awesome & great & magnificent even, but I just can't help myself as I progressed through this, music listening journey, expanding my music taste & getting to find the albums that I like & that I enjoy, something with long sustainability or, something that's really catchy & rhythm going. I don't know where I'm going with this but I can for sure tell you that I have a bias between this now
tl;dr : Kid A is better, this is old & overrated you bozos & i am unsure of it's 100 rating anymore
