Listening to a new album every day of summer day 19: ATliens by Outkast
This is the first time that I have properly listened to an Outkast project from start to back, so I decided to start with their first ‘classic’ project. The rapping ability from Andre and Big Boi on here is, as you would expect, top notch, and the production is at a similarly incredible level. The chemistry that the pair have is also incredible, comparable to that of Pusha T and Malice have as Clipse, just really acting perfectly as a duo while also being incredible on each song as a solo. Every track here hits super hard, and there are really just no misses throughout, the quality never even dips slightly. This is absolutely a classic, a masterpiece even, it’s super enjoyable and it’s super replayable too.
That’s why I’m feeling this to be a 100/100
