This whole album is just passing mid. its a nice listen with nothing crazy going on for the most part so if you want something fun and easy to listen to this is your album. i can't really say much else other than that. fairly generic stuff
If you like melodramatic songs about being sad over love and whatever, then this is your album. I can't express my concern for this guy's brain and if he's actually been through the literal shit he has been. i just wanna give him a hug for how badly he expressed his emotions in all of these songs. You know... for edgy bands from the 2000's, Evanescence takes the cake for being edgy and not at the same time. this album brings a little bit more to the table than anything else. the theatrical parts and Amy Lee's Vocals are very good. the parts i can't really say that are good is the typical "woe is me" sort of feeling i get, but hey, it was the 2000s. they couldn't help but be in that "trend" so to speak
You know, i was expecting huge rhyming scheme for my first MF DOOM album, and i got it. Sure its predictable for him to just spit every track, but damn is it good. the main thing I'm not a fan of and that wont make me put it pasted a 69 is that the little skits and talking bits in the album. it feels kind of like filler yet not at the same time. i like the plot of DOOM taking over the world and whatnot, but i feel like most of it is just shoved in there and i don't necessarily want to ... read more
