Bandana is my favorite album for a reason.

Freddie Gibbs and Madlib return with even more experience than they had when they made Piñata and you can really feel that. The raps and flows from Freddie are out of this world and every feature on this album delivers, especially Yasiin Bey & Black Thought on Education but also Pusha T on Palmolive.

Madlib‘s production is different than on Piñata but in a good way. The beats are more modern and sometimes gritty or soulful. ... read more
