Was not expecting to like this at all. After I heard that Noah didn’t sing, I kinda got a little disappointed. And didn’t expect really anything.

But I was kind of wrong. The single thing I like the most with this single, is the dark atmosphere and vibe. It has kind of a claustrophobic feel to it. Which I wholeheartedly love. It feels like I’m in the same room as Poppy.

This song was a surprise. Even though Noah isn’t on the track. It is still Bad Omens. I simply love the instrumentals from the band. And where the song shines the brightest, is in the production. This shows that Noah isn't just a great vocalist, but also a great producer.

Even though I think this single is pretty good. It has it flaws. Even though I think Poppy and Bad Omens did an amazing job with this. I got to say I miss Noah's voice. It is such a vital part in Bad Omens. The song is also a bit long. It shouldn’t be 4, minutes long. It is too repetitive for that. It is exiting the first 2 minutes. But after that, it becomes kind of boring. I think it would fit perfectly as a 2 minute interlude in an album, rather than a standalone single.

I think this single is good. But I really do not want this to be their new style. I like it right now, but in a month I may hate it. And as a bigger fan of their more heavy stuff, I hope they haven’t left the metalcore in them.

But still a solid single and a positive surprise.
