Strong set of tracks, most are energetic, some are cheekily abrasive. The charm of it hasn't really stuck around for my re-listens, but I still think it's a solid debut.

80 upped to 90. Dunno what I was on about, this LP's got charm coming out its arsehole.
One of my favourite albums ever. An exploration of loneliness, disassociation and self-worth crafted with strange, dreamy lyrics that feel distantly familiar. It's packed with wonderful moments, whether it's the guitar solos in 'Like a Child...' or the rapid storytelling in the eighty-six seconds of 'Trial & Error' or the straight-up melancholy of 'Horseshoe Crab' and 'Sleep Eater'.
I truly cannot express how much this LP means to me.

Some particularly powerful moments in the first half of this LP. Love the drama of the vocal delivery that serve as the vehicle for these furious anti-capitalist lyrics. Great stuff.
Really strong debut, though the momentum of the LP stops and starts as the tracks go on. Still, every track is good, however, Debra is an absolute serve.
