The production is awful but... The album is amazing, near perfect, in writing, structure and instrumental.
This is honestly not bad either. The production is awful, absolutely fucking atrocious. But uh... Yeah, it's hoobastank!
I'm so sorry but I actually love this album like a lot. This is like the best LP package.
I had to lower this one a little because it's kinda just a little worse than Hybrid Theory. I think what gets repetitive is that Mike's flow gets old pretty quick on this album. It seems on the last album there was a little more lyrical and instrumental variety. Meteora does have Breaking the Habit though, and that's pretty unique to be fair.
It's very hard to give this one the highest score ever. I think this album has amazing hooks and I won't deny it's influence, but the rapping was so much better on the hybrid theory EP and everything before. That's just my personal nitpick though. I wish My December appeared somewhere on the original tracklist, that'd be cool.
This album is sooooo good. It's corny and I love how corny it is... except Hit the Floor, that song is kinda creepy lyric wise.
In my honest opinion, from what I've listened to, they never reached this level of greatness again.
I haven't even finished this yet, and it's already my favorite album at the moment.
This album is really good, if weird and creative was an album it'd be this one.
Sure the lyrics are really corny and the autotune is excessive but this is a great comeback. I'm excited to see what the band does next. I just don't think it sounds like they had fun with this album.
