Yes it's probably a weird amalgamation of a ton of different punk/metal bands and can definitely come off as generic to some who have experience with both genres, though I love this album so much. WWE Day of Reckoning was what introduced me to this band, with the songs Falling Apart and Alone, but there is a lot of other pretty nice songs on this album. MOTHERFUCKIN ZEBRAHEAD, BITCH
This is really solid though, the combination of pop punk, rap rock and occasional nu metal should on paper be pretty terrible (although Sum 41 have pulled it off well), but in execution is genuinely pretty damn good. This also has a surprising amount of common with easycore, with some of the heavier songs feeling like proto-easycore.
