My friend recommended me this album months ago and I never got around it, until today... and I'm SO glad I listened to it! The album takes very heavy inspirations from Nitepunk's "HUMAN", but it also does it JUSTICE! Virtual Riot delivers on this compilation of 18 tracks, most of which are certified BANGERS. Tracks such as Paper Planes, Fuck Gravity, Earth & Sky all bring on the classic 2013 Melodic Dubstep style that I cherish so much. You also got the HEAVIER tracks in here, like Troublemaker, Rampage, and Stargarden. What do you mean there's a term for people who are addicted to presets!?
After listening to the previous 2018 EP release, German Engineering, this EP was much more refreshing and better! Some of these sounds in tracks such as One Two, Preset Junkies VIP, and others are really insane but clean. I really loved the middle track 'Come With Me'. This is an interesting EP to say the least. It was alright for the most part, mostly hit or miss. I think this is my first riddim album/ep I've ever listened to it, and I think it's safe to say that it's not my thing 💔.
