Imagine taking the subpar songwriting of an AC/DC album, and removing all the character and charisma of the vocals provided by Bon Scott or Bryan Johnson as well as the Young brothers' guitars and replace it with the worst death metal vocals you can think of and you get this. Genuinely awful vocal performances over generic and uninteresting instrumentals. Kinda funny though.

The Beach Boys - Still Cruisin'

Of course the album's material doesn't add up to a 0, but the act of adding three classic Beach Boys songs to pad out the runtime of this otherwise bad album is enough to drag this down to the depths of hell. Also Island Girl is genuinely one of the worst songs I've ever heard

A lot of this album is super cool and atmospheric electronic music that seems like it sounds pretty ahead of its time (I am by no means an expert on electronic music, its evolution nor its origin so don't quote me on that). But this album is full of unique soundscapes and chilling atmospheres. Now these tracks are definitely underdeveloped, there is not much in terms of rhythm int these tracks and I don't really find that many interesting song structures or emotion.
