Listened to this a while back and gave it a 74; may need to relisten since a few songs have grown on me since.
I don't really listen to Billie, however I can't deny this was an overall good album. Everything was a pleasure to listen to, but nothing extraordinary except for maybe 1 or 2 songs.
HYUKOH's first project in 3 years, and it's a collaboration with another great band. Compared to 'through love', their execution of their musical ideas are much more on point.
Very short EP but I love the actual songs on here. The intro is very entertaining as well.
I let this grow on me. Best decision I ever made. Introduced me to one of my favorite songs of all time.
Got recommended this on Spotify. Very fun and great-sounding songs on here. A go-to for singing in the car.
Very high high points, some points I just wanted the song to speed up so I could get to the next one (they make pretty long songs, albeit story-driven).
If you listen to this while lying down, you will feel like you are levitating. Ethereal-sounding stuff.
This album made me realize I love indie rock. Banger after banger with very little weird parts.
Not much to say about this other than I didn't know the backstory before listening. Maybe I should give it another shot.
I was shocked to see I wasn't super big on this album since 65 feels super low for someone like Kendrick; I may need to relisten some time.
Grew to like most of the songs on here. The chemistry between Aesop Rock and Rob Sonic is something else.
