An atmospheric, indulgent, wandering alt-country record. Even the self-pitying lyrics are beautiful.
Strong songwriting, if not too formulaic. The sound is big on this record but the lyrics and vocal performances feel lacking. The best songs are on the deluxe, which is wild.
One More Time... kicks off with some intravenous nostalgia with the energetic Anthem Part 3. One More Time and More Than You Know highlight the albums theme of friendship and reconciliation and sound the most like Blink at their peak. The problematic tracks really drain from this album, with Fell in Love feeling like it was written for the radio in I don't know what year, but not today and certainly not Blink's heyday.
